In Schabs, South Tyrolean head brewer Jonas Steiner brews in the traditional craft manner with water from the nearby Vals Valley on 120 m² (with a 5 hl brewhouse and 16 tanks). The main beers are made exclusively from malts and grains, hops and yeast – primarily from local and partly organic sources.
