Where your beer comes from
In Schabs, head brewer Kilian crafts beer by hand in the traditional way, using water from the nearby Valsertal valley in a 120 m² space (equipped with a 5 hl brewhouse and 20 tanks). The main beer varieties are brewed exclusively with selected malts and grains, hops, and yeast — sourced primarily from local and partly organic suppliers.

Double award win!
We’re thrilled: At this year’s Beer Craft Festival at Maretsch Castle in Bolzano, two of our beers were honored with the KUBO Beer Award!
AMBRIS received gold in the Pale Lager category, and ALTO ALE was awarded bronze in the European, British and Irish Ale category.
A total of 171 beers from 34 breweries across 3 countries were judged by an international panel of 20 experts from 9 nations.
